Description

Intro

Changxian M58C-1 conformal coating is composed of special polyester resin and water-proof additives, mainly used for moisture-proof treatment of PCB, electronic components and metal surfaces. After M58C-1 the film layer is flat, smooth and salt spray resistant.

Application parameters:

① Solid content: 20-25%

② Viscosity (25℃, coating-4 cups): 15-18 seconds

③ Drying time: 30℃ (RH: ≤65%) Surface dry: 10 minutes, hard dry: 12 hours

80℃ Touch dry: 5 minutes, hard dry: 60 minutes

④ Volume resistivity: ≥1×1014Ω (test after drying)

⑤ Breakdown voltage: ≥ 25KV/mm

⑥ Water absorption: ≤0.5%

⑦ Adhesion (single-edge cutter spacing 2mm): ≤ grade 2

⑧ Acid resistance (72H): no peeling, wrinkling, blistering, discoloration, loss of light, etc.

⑨ Alkali resistance (72H): no peeling, wrinkling, foaming, discoloration, loss of light, etc.

⑩ Neutral salt spray test (48H): no corrosion

⑪ Temperature resistance grade: B grade (130℃)

Remark

① If the thickness of the film layer does not meet the requirements, you can wait for the film to dry before spraying it again.

② Flammable, keep in a cool and ventilated place.

⑤ The use of this function must be low rosin content. If the residue is too high, it should be cleaned first, and then applied with moisture-proof agent. For products with high requirements, it is best to wash them first and then apply a moisture-proof agent for better results.

Storage conditions:

This product is flammable and should be stored in a dark, cool and ventilated warehouse at 0-35℃. The container must be sealed. The shelf life below 25℃ is half a year from the date of production. The higher the temperature, the shorter shelf life. Please follow the first-in, first-out principle when using .
