Description

INTRO

M78H conformal coating is mainly used for the waterproof and moisture-proof treatment of PCB boards, electronic components and metal surfaces. The surface sealed by this agent has a strong hydrophobic property and will not form water droplets even in humid and large temperature difference environments. m78H forms a transparent protective film with good gloss, strong adhesion and high insulation resistance. It is suitable for both high and low voltage equipment.

is special, can not be mixed with other diluents, otherwise there may be precipitation, delamination

Otherwise, precipitation, delamination or self-polymerisation may occur, so M78H should be ordered with X-4H thinner.

3、When not used for a long time, it is best to pour out from the open container and keep it sealed, so as not to evaporate too quickly or coalesce.

4, M78H can be used as a post remedial procedure when the circuit board soldering residue is bad. When using bad fluxes without rosin or low solids, the circuit board may have some bad phenomena, when the following phenomena appear, use M78H to remedy. Details are as follows.

M78H will absorb the residue and turn it into a film, forming a thin, transparent film on the surface.
