Description

Intro

E962-1 moisture inhibitor consists of a modified polyester resin and a water repellent additive for the moisture treatment of PCBs, electronic components and metal surfaces.

Scope of application

Suitable for spraying operations.

E962-1 can be either dried or self-drying at room temperature and is easy to handle.

Can be used in the LED industry, home appliance industry.

Product composition

Application parameters.

① Solids content: 18-20%

② Viscosity (25℃, coated-4 cups): 12-15 seconds

③ Drying time: room temperature (RH: ≤65%) Surface dry: 10 minutes, solid dry: 24 hours

80℃ Surface drying: 5 minutes, actual drying: 75 minutes

④ Volume resistivity: ≥ 1 × 1013Ω (tested after drying)

⑤ Breakdown voltage: ≥ 25KV/mm

⑥ Water absorption rate: ≤ 0.6%

⑦ Adhesion (single-edge cutting knife spacing 2mm): ≤ 1 grade

⑧ Acid resistance (72H): no peeling, wrinkling, blistering, discolouration, loss of light, etc.

⑨ Alkali resistance (72H): no flaking, wrinkling, blistering, discolouration, loss of light, etc.

⑩ Neutral salt spray test (24H): no corrosion

⑪ Temperature resistance grade: Grade B (130℃)

Packaging.

20L/gum drum, empty drums are recycled without charge.

Transport.

Delivery to door, avoid rain and damage during transportation

Remarks

① If the thickness of the film does not meet the requirements, you can wait for the film to dry before spraying again.

② Flammable, keep sealed in a cool and ventilated place.

③ Keep airtight and ventilate.

⑤ This function must be used with low rosin content. If the residue is too high, it should be cleaned first and then coated with a moisture inhibitor. For very demanding products, it is best to clean before applying the moisture inhibitor for better results.
