Description

Introduction

CX-8153 is a two-component insulating varnish with fast curing speed, good permeability, no solvent evaporation and heat resistance class H (180°C). Suitable for the drip dipping treatment of rotors of small and medium-sized motors and motors with series excitation.

4、Using method

Use ratio: Component A : Component B = 100:1

The workpiece to be clean and dry for the immersion paint.

The baking temperature and baking time can be adjusted according to the size of the workpiece.

5. Packaging and storage

The product is packed in iron drums of 20L/ drum.

The storage period is 6 months for components A and B in separate closed containers at temperatures below 25 °C.

6. Health and Safety

Health and safety should be in accordance with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), the workplace should be ventilated, workers should wear overalls, and transport and use should be carried out gently.

Use and transport of the product should be carried and handled gently.
