Introduction

CX180H solvent-free insulating varnish is suitable for the treatment of coils of medium to large equipment with high operating temperatures (treatment of large transformers, large generators, motor stator coils)

Modified unsaturated polycarbonate resin, active diluent, initiator compound

Fast curing, fast drying inside

Strong adhesion, high temperature adhesion

No solvent evaporation, reducing environmental pollution

Heat resistance class: Class H (180 °C)

4、Caution

After the insulating varnish has been dripped, the rotor should be baked for at least 15 minutes if it needs to be rotated.

In practice, the customer should determine the production conditions in terms of dripping time and curing time through tests, depending on the shape and size of the transformer to be dipped.
