The main purposeUsed in the electrical industry, such as motors, transformers, ballasts, degaussing wires, induction cookers, aluminum hollow inductors, choke coils, aluminum enameled wires, special multi-strand aluminum wire welding, and aluminum lamp cap welding in the light bulb industry.

Instructions:

First of all, the place where the aluminum enameled wire needs to be welded must be stripped. The second is the lead connection. If it is a thin wire, twist the aluminum wire and the lead into a twist shape; if it is a thick wire, use a tin-coated copper wire to tie the aluminum wire and the lead together or use a terminal to press the aluminum wire and the lead together. . Again, dip the treated wire end into aluminum flux. Finally, immerse the part soaked in aluminum flux into the tin furnace, shake it gently, and take it out after about 1-3 seconds (the welding time is appropriately extended for the large wire), and the welding is completed.

Precautions:

  1. The aluminum enameled wire must be stripped. The stripping method can be mechanical (paint stripper, scraping paint) and chemical (paint stripping water, paint stripping powder). If it is a thin wire, it is recommended to use chemical stripping. After chemical stripping, the solder joints must be thoroughly cleaned; try not to use mechanical stripping to prevent the aluminum wire from being scratched, resulting in burrs and weakened toughness; never use high-temperature tin scalding.
  2. For the connection between the aluminum enameled wire and the lead, the aluminum wire should be wound around the copper lead with a small arc, which can reduce the occurrence of false welding and improve the welding strength. The parts that are not stripped paint half a turn around the leads.
  3. Different soldering temperatures should be used for different tins: our company’s aluminum special tin bars, the soldering temperature is 330 degrees; the ordinary lead-free tin bars, the soldering temperature is about 310 degrees; the leaded tin, the soldering temperature is 265 degrees ( It is not recommended to use, the welding strength and corrosion resistance are poor). Since the melting point of aluminum is relatively low, it is easy to melt into the tin pot. Therefore, our company recommends that when welding aluminum enameled wires with small diameters (below 0.4MM), the temperature should be controlled within 300 °C to reduce the melting speed of aluminum wires and prevent aluminum Wire embrittlement. Never use high temperature tin soldering.
  4. Due to the instability of aluminum, it is recommended to remove the paint immediately and weld immediately. Do not let the aluminum enameled wire end after the paint stripping touch the air for too long to prevent it from oxidizing, which is conducive to welding. Generally speaking, it must be welded within 5 hours after the paint stripping. , if there is no welding, it needs to be cut off and repainted.
  5. In addition, the manufacturer can formulate the length of paint stripping according to the welding length, that is, how long to remove the paint for as long as the welding is, and do not expose the aluminum to the air, burying hidden dangers for the solder joints.
  6. It is recommended that the motor customer clean the solder joints. The general process is the process of putting alcohol in the ultrasonic cleaning machine, and the effect is very good. Domestic first-line home appliance brand customers have adopted this process.
  7. When dip soldering, shake gently in the tin pot 2-3 times to avoid air bubbles. The welding time is controlled between 1-3 seconds, and the excess aluminum flux is sufficiently evaporated.
  8. After the aluminum enameled wire is welded, be sure to treat the solder joints with air isolation, such as dipping in insulating paint (Van Lishui), dispensing or double-layer glued heat shrinkable tubes to protect the solder joints.
  9. Due to the problem of potential corrosion, please use tinned lead wires to connect with aluminum enameled wires to avoid potential corrosion.
