Description

INTRO

787M-3 water soluble flux, high activity, strong soldering ability, removes varnish at high temperatures, soldering residues are easily soluble in water. Mainly used for soldering of network transformers and inductors. Complies with ROHS, REACH, halogen-free and other environmental requirements. General dipping type of soldering: including both hand dipping and mechanical dipping. The flux does not contain foaming agents and is suitable for cleaning with ultrasonic cleaning machines.

application:

The best cleaning process:

Welding→hot water (50-60℃ hot water)→ultrasonic cleaning (50-60℃ hot water)→water washing (50-60℃)

→Pure water (50-60℃)→Drying (110℃ for 1 hour)

Use Note:

1. When used for hand dipping, the recommended tin furnace temperature is 300-400℃, and the welding time is 2-4S
2. The flux is used in the open air. As the solvent evaporates, the concentration increases. It is recommended to regularly replenish the thinner or add new flux.
3. Please keep it clean after welding, do not pollute it with your hands, it is best to put it into water immediately to prevent re-oxidation
4. Use deionized water (or soft water) for ultrasonic cleaning at 50-60°C, and bake at 110°C for 1 hour
5. Keep the workplace well ventilated. Take personal protection. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
6. This product is flammable, please keep away from fire sources and high-heat substances.
