Description

INTRO

M78H-41conformal coating is composed of special resin, and waterproof additives, mainly used for waterproof and moisture-proof treatment of PCB boards, electronic components and metal surfaces. The surface sealed by this agent is highly hydrophobic and will not form water droplets in a humid environment or under large temperature differences. M78H-41 is resistant to acids, alkalis and various impurities of water, and the agent is quick drying and can be dried at room temperature, making it very easy to operate.

Suggestions for use.

1, the use of the general original liquid use, but the use of the process of diluent components will evaporate, resulting in specific gravity, viscosity increased, not easy to operate, and film formation is not uniform, but will affect the effect of moisture and electrical properties, so should be regularly supplemented with X-4H diluent. If hand brushing is used, it is recommended that a small amount be applied several times. In order to avoid absorbing water in the air and causing gel clumping, which will affect the use.

2, about the use of M78H-41 moisture-proof agent, must be used with X-4H thinner, this thinner is special, can not be mixed with other thinners, otherwise there may be precipitation, layering or self-polymerisation of adverse reactions, so order M78 should be ordered with X-4H thinner.

3, when not used for a long time, it is best to pour out from the open container sealed storage, so as not to evaporate too quickly or cohesion, foaming use, such as long-term non-use, should be removed from the foam tube, soaked with X-4H, so as not to block the foam hole.

4、M78H-41 can be used as a post remedial procedure when the circuit board soldering residue is bad. When using bad fluxes without rosin or low solids, the circuit board may have some bad phenomena, when the following phenomena appear, use M78H-41 to remedy. Details are as follows.

a: When the residue on the board after soldering turns white or has a shaded appearance, M78H-41 can be applied to the surface, M78H-41 will absorb the residue into a film substance, forming a thin and transparent film on the surface.

b: When the resistance of the post-solder circuit board residue is too low and leakage occurs, the previous remedy was to clean it (but there are some fluxes that are difficult to clean and tend to show white residue).

The use of this function must be low rosin content, if the residue is too high, it should be cleaned and then coated to avoid uneven coating.
