M86 conformal coating is a one-component formulation, cured by cross-linking with oxygen and moisture in the air. The film has a high degree of fullness, good gloss, excellent electrical properties and resistance to high and low temperature impact. It is a high solids, low viscosity system and is suitable for brushing, spotting and spraying processes. This product meets the environmental requirements of ROHS, REACH and halogen free. It is suitable for the protection of various electronic and electrical components against moisture.

l Circuit board cleaning: It is recommended to clean the circuit board after assembly to remove dust, oil and post-soldering residues, which can effectively improve adhesion and prevent corrosion of components and solder joints.

l Suitable for brushing, dipping and spraying processes. In general, the thickness of the single-layer coating is 25-50um. According to the coating process, the user can adjust the viscosity and the thickness of the paint film through the diluent to achieve the best effect of their own process requirements.

l In the process of use (especially open containers), the solvent volatilizes, resulting in an increase in specific gravity and viscosity, making it difficult to operate, and uneven film formation, which will affect the moisture-proof effect and electrical performance, so the corresponding diluent should be replenished regularly. If brushing or dipping is used, a small amount is recommended. So as not to absorb moisture in the air and gel agglomeration, affecting the use.

l Moisture-proof agent will absorb moisture in the air and quickly solidify. When not in use for a long time, it is best to pour it out of an open container and store it in a sealed container to avoid volatilization too fast or absorb moisture in the air to cause condensation or whitening. And do not pour it back into the original barrel, so as not to bring in moisture and affect the stability of the product.

l Especially in rainy weather and the air humidity is high, the product may appear whitish due to the absorption of moisture in the air during use. As long as it is baked, the whitish phenomenon can be completely disappeared without affecting the performance of the product. .

The use of this product must be low residue, if the residue is too high, it should be cleaned before spraying.
